From checkout to portfolio in minutes.

  1. Complete the secure Lemon Squeezy checkout.
  2. Download the signed and notarized DMG.
  3. Drag FolioPlot to Applications and open it.
  4. Paste your license key and activate.

Your holdings never go to the store.

CSV files, transactions and portfolio calculations stay local. Lemon Squeezy processes only purchase and license information needed for the Direct edition.

System requirements

A Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. An internet connection is needed for purchase, activation, occasional license validation, updates and market data.

Moving from the Mac App Store edition

The two editions use separate secure app containers. In the App Store edition, create a .folioplot backup; then restore that file in the Direct edition. License and Tiingo tokens are intentionally excluded.

License help

A license supports up to 2 active Macs. Deactivate the old Mac in Settings before moving. If you lost the key or no longer have the old Mac, contact support with your purchase email—never send broker credentials or an API token.

Direct Mac questions

Is this a subscription?

No. The Direct edition is a one-time purchase for FolioPlot 1.x.

Can I use it on two Macs?

Yes. One license can have up to 2 active Mac installations.

What if I buy a new Mac?

Deactivate FolioPlot on the old Mac, then activate it on the new one. Contact support if the old Mac is unavailable.

Where is my license key?

Lemon Squeezy includes it with your purchase details. Use its receipt tools or contact support using the purchase email if you lose it.

Does the Direct app send portfolio data to Lemon Squeezy?

No. Only purchase and license-validation information is exchanged with Lemon Squeezy.
